eWIT CC Hub is the footprint project of eWIT Trivandrum Chapter, where the team has piloted a child care facility as a social inclusion project under Public Private Partnership.
A 6 months intervention program for the aspiring women professionals meant to bridge the high gender gap in managerial and leadership roles in IT. We all know that only 25% women in supervisory roles and less than 2% at CXO level and this skill-Will gap requires motivation and self discovery learning. The boot camp is transformational in nature–conducted through self exploratory and peer enabled learning. Mentoring and training by the best in the industry and 360 degree experiential learning through peer group interaction.
Through this boot camp, we are aiming for an improved gender ratio in managerial and leadership levels and in enhancing and leveraging women talent pool to augment growth.
Nominate yourself or your women talents for this boot camp and raise the number of trained pool of women professionals in the organisations, who are ready to take up additional responsibilities in project and leadership roles.
August 24, Saturday CC Hub had their Onam celebration on full blast. A huge Pookalam was made to welcome the parents and toddlers who were all dressed in traditional Kerala attire. There were games for parents, Thiruvathira by the staff and a delicious Sadya to make the day a memorable one. The toddlers dressed in tiny ‘Pattu pavadas” and ‘Mudus’ were a refreshing and nostalgic sight. CC Hub’s celebration marked the beginning of the many Onam celebrations in Technopark in coming weeks.
Managing Stress in Workplace: eWIT in association with Praanaa conducted a three hours stress management session for the Technopark employees. The session was well received. eWIT Trivandrum is a local chapter of eWIT, launched at Technopark, Trivandrum in September of 2012. eWIT Trivandrum focuses on women in Trivandrum, Kerala who are part of the IT/ITES space.
