Etiquette is about presenting yourself with poise and confidence ..!
Business and Social Etiquette is also about being comfortable around people (and making them feel comfortable around you).
People are a key factor in your own and your business’ success. Many potentially worthwhile and profitable alliances have been lost because of unintentional breach of manners. Basic knowledge and practice of manners or etiquette is a valuable advantage, because many situations, a second chance may not be possible or practical. It would enable us to win the respect of people with whom we interact.
The following would be focused in the half-a-day session.
Cross cultural issues & standards for global behaviour
Dining Etiquette & table manners
Negotiating Business Lunch
Handling Introductions – Handshakes
Dressing / Grooming /Toilet Etiquette / Hotel room manners
Gift giving manners
