    December 2019 - Leadership Boot Camp for Women in IT

    A 6 months intervention program for the aspiring women professionals meant to bridge the high gender gap in managerial and leadership roles in IT. We all know that only 25% women in supervisory roles and less than 2% at CXO level and this skill-Will gap requires motivation and self discovery learning. The boot camp is transformational in nature–conducted through self exploratory and peer enabled learning. Mentoring and training by the best in the industry and 360 degree experiential learning through peer group interaction. Through this boot camp, we are aiming for an improved gender ratio in managerial and leadership levels and in enhancing and leveraging women talent pool to augment growth.
